In Bloom is a black base with deep teal holo glitter mixed throughout. The glitter is different from standard holo glitter; rainbow shifting is minimal & the sparkle effect is exaggerated, even in the black base.

Part of the Grunge Collection; dreary shades with hints of twinkly metamorphosis, named after mainstays in 90s grunge.

My photos (tattooed hand with stars) use 3 coats + Afterparty topcoat.

Named after the song In Bloom by Nirvana.
