Punkish Polish is 10-free, vegan, cruelty free, and queer-owned.
I've worn nail polish off and on since ~2016 as part of my journey discovering my own identity as a bisexual (guy? tbd lol).
In 2025, I dove headfirst into the wonderful world of indie polish brands and started amassing a decent-sized collection.
Finding my collection limited by the steep pricing of a lot of indie brands, and also lacking in that "fuck the upper class" panache I've always held so dear, I decided to try making my own polish.
After a newfound obsession and hundreds of prototypes, I realized that there's probably more people like me out there, so I started Punkish Polish - for the weirdos like me and you.

Punkish Polish is based in MN, just outside Minneapolis.
I am strongly against the use of AI; I am a graphic designer by trade and all images and marketing materials are created without the use of AI.
Fuck MAGA makers and fuck makers too cowardly to make a stance with their "brand." The desire for "building a business" does not supercede the necessity of protecting all members of society, with a specific focus on uplifting those disadvantaged by historical & modern systemic & systematic oppression.
